What is a VVIP PREVIEW?

VVIP Preview (also known as private preview or soft launch) is an exclusive invitation, specifically extended to a group of interested and registered buyers, before the actual public launch of the project.

The prices for the first batch of units are usually discounted and lowest, especially if the response during the preview is very positive. Furthermore, you get to choose from the best units that are available.

After the first batch is completely sold out, the developer will increase the prices for subsequent batches of released units until all units have been sold.

Please note that there is 100% No Obligation to buy the unit if you are not happy with the price. This exclusive invitation is for you to preview the units before the public launch, and gives you the opportunity to purchase your choice unit at a discounted price. Therefore, you are advised to register for VVIP Preview if you are interested in any of the units within a project. This is to avoid future disappointment when the prices have risen or your choice units are sold out.

What is PRIORITY BOOKING?

Priority Booking helps to you to secure your choice units before the VVIP Preview Day. Booking of units are conducted on a first-come-first-serve basis; therefore it is necessary for you to book and secure your choice units first.

If you do not do so, your choice units may be booked by other buyers, on or before the preview day. Hence it is wise to book your choice units early, so that in the event that you are unable to come for the VVIP Preview Day, you are able to secure your choice units.

Upon the price release, you can always release your booked units for other buyers in the queue if you feel that the price is not right for you. There is absolutely No Obligation/Penalty if you withdraw your application.
